World’s Most Beautiful Women in the Spotlight
I checked out some really beautiful women in the spotlight and decided to compile my list of the world’s 10 most beautiful women in the spotlight, my list ranges from movies to music, Africa, America and India. now here’s the deal, this list is personal and is arranged in the order of who has the most beautiful face not their personalities.
1 Aishwarya Rai: she is an Indian and American actress, married with a kid and for me, she tops the list. she is just so pretty and I am very particular about her beautiful eyes.

2 Jessica Alba: she is an American actress, I fell for her face in the dance movie titled ‘Honey’ and also the TV series ‘Dark Angel’ she is also married with kids.

3 Rihanna is a Barbados born American Singer and Actress, though I'm not a big fan of some of her lyrics, I did enjoy some of her old music and appreciate her really beautiful face.

4 Nicole Scherzinger: an American singer and lead vocalist of the Pussy Cat Dolls girl band, has a pretty face and body too.

5 Madonna: Actress and singer over 50 years of age and still looking so beautiful, she is a legend in music and rolls with the likes of Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie.

6 Hillary Duff A Disney child star all grown, I have watched so much of her movies and music, but pardon because I can’t seem to remember any names now. but she definitely is among the beautiful women.
 
7 Penelope Cruz: American actress, married and has starred in zillions of films from action to family, her bold eyes definitely pushes out her small face, putting her on the list of beautiful women in the spotlight.

8 Genevieve Nnaji: Nigerian Actress, singer and model, she is a single mother of one, rose to stardom in my early years as a child, over 30 and still brightly beautiful as ever, with her little face.

8 Jennifer Lopez: An American actress, singer and fashion model owning her own lines of clothing and perfumes, formerly married to Marc Anthony and a mother of a set of twins.

10 Halle Berry: an American actress, I first saw and liked her in the movie CAT WOMAN, she starred in a lot of Action movies and is married with kids.

Beautiful women are everywhere as much as there are no where, out of every 10 women, you have an equal percentage of finding or not finding beautiful women.

Today it is very important to be counted among the beautiful women, especially if you want to matter and one point of focus i will be using today is food. yes, Food!

What you eat can either increase or decrease your chances of being a beautiful woman.
first in our line of foods that makes beautiful women beautiful is WATER; taking a minimum of six glasses of water daily is the medical recommended dosage, but you don't just drink water, you drink clean and odorless water. make sure the water in your house is treated, boiled and filtered. water helps in hydration which reduces wrinkles, dryness and increases the clarity of your eyes.

next is to take a lot of fruits, beautiful women especially the rich ones are very diligent in fruit taking, and that is one of the reasons they look fresher and calmer. you do not have to be a rich woman to eats healthy fruits daily. spend some cents in buying fruits that are fresh and make sure you wash them before eating. it will helps you with essential vitamins and fiber for a better skin glow, making digestion easier.
to be a beautiful woman, you need to make your daily meals are quality based not quantity, it might not seem like the food makes any change but with consistency you will see a glowing difference, do not forget that overall attractiveness comes from a combination of a good internal system, skin, attitude and appearance.

how to be attractive in pregnancy

pregnancy is one of the most beautiful and fulfilling stage of every woman’s life whether married or un married but also very tasking. in this stage as a woman your body shape begins to change which is not always so very nice to you. you put on weight, get bigger and weaker as an actress once put it “i feel like a host” yes being pregnant makes you a host but not to a parasite but a little pure bundle of joy!

as a woman when you understand and appreciate the joy of being a mother and when you think of the beauty you would hold in your hands at the end of 9 months it becomes worth it! though i do not have a child yet, so it might seem surprising how i understand all this, the answer is, i have a very good imaginative mind!

at the first tri-mister its mostly fun because you and your partner are so excited to have a baby or another baby, so you both handle the vomiting and morning sickness with excitement.

getting to the second tri-mister if you are the type that likes been in control of her body you will start getting frustrated with clothes not fitting and swollen legs and feet, some eat excess while others less. from talks with friends of mine who have crossed that bridge i have come to realize that no matter how excited you are to have a baby there a re times when you just cant take it anymore.below I'll try to list some inconveniences that comes before the joy:

bigger clothes

no more rolling around the bed

food selection and high consumption

mid night cravings, i saw a lady who craved Ben's chocolate 11pm every night!

your face just doesn't look right anymore

you will less attractive to yourself and partner

difficulty to take a good bath standing

these are just a few i could get and I'm sure there are so much more varying from woman to woman

now the essence of this post is how can i be attractive during pregnancy especially when its obvious and bigger.

firstly i would say its a thing of the mind! yes the mind, some women complain ‘I'm so ugly!’ others say I'm like a buffalo’ if think like a buffalo of course you would look like one but if you think like a princess carrying a precious one you will look it trust me.

so the first step in feeling attractive during pregnancy is getting your mind straightened out! appreciate your baby, understand you look that way for a short while so that little cute one will have a chance in this world.

get beautiful colorful maternity wears, don't squeeze yourself in old clothes you will just look terrible, simple short free dresses, dress well to suit your present size.

keep your hair short and clean, i learnt pregnancy makes you allergic to the slightest sense of heat, so get a short hair style the allows ventilation so you don't need to scratch and scratch.

get maternity bras that will fit your pregnancy breast sizes, when you try to squeeze them into old bras, no matter the cloth you wear you breast will look really bad and unattractive.

eat well, whatever you crave or hunger for please take it, when you cravings aren't satisfied you become restless and unsettled.

sleep in well ventilated rooms and take lots of rest. so whenever you are up, you will feel alive and good to go.

engage in exercises daily to sharpen your strength and stamina

NOW MEN!

did you think i would skip them? of course they also have a part to play in making a woman look and feel attractive during pregnancy so if he’s close by let him have a read!

husbands/boyfriends compliment her especially when she really looks good to boost her confidence

buy her nice outfits if you see something you think will fit get it! it shows you appreciate her present size and want to help make it enjoyable

spend time with her and your baby tell and let them know how much you love them both and how you can't wait to have the baby too(honestly!)

supply her needs food or errands

help her out at the bathroom and take her out for evening strolls

together you will both have the most exciting anti-natal period!

attractive men are those group of men with a uniqueness, you cant really define it you only feel and see it. so its almost impossible to learn how to be attractive take note ‘almost’ which means is achievable but ticklish.

despite all an attractive man always stands out from everyone and is easily spotted out, the charisma overwhelms like magnet contrary to women who are considered attractive based on the way they look men attractiveness is mostly measured by his personality and secondly his appearance, his tone and attitude towards kids etc.

looks or money does not make a man attractive so I'll simply define him in three words: down to earth, humorous and manly.

well, a good friend wanted to know how men can be attractive to women and since its related to women we are going to talk about it today.

we hear a lot of ‘beautiful women, attractive women’ and so on and on one end women want to know how to be attractive to men which has been earlier posted so lets face it.

how can a man be attractive to women has been turned to what attracts women to men! women can fancy a lot of things from voice, dress style, attitude to aura but specifically all women looove good looking men.

now what do women call ‘ good looking’

tall, muscular and hairy no matter how preservative a woman is, she will fall under one of the above. she may like the tall ones, the dark ones, the hairy ones or the funny ones.

1: women get attracted to men with a sense of humor, hmm yes we do, a tough and serious man is okay BUT she will get bored easily. i do not mean making unnecessary jokes and laughing at silly things, i mean a man who handles situations lightly you may be angry,uncomfortable or whatever but you don't put frustrations on her instead you make a joke out of it. she will fall in love with you. WARNING: never joke about her appearance or manners that's one place your humor shouldn't go to.

2: to attract beautiful confident women you need more than a sweet tongue. ‘ you are what you wear’ don't ignore that phrase if you intend to woo a beautiful woman. dress well a simple, finely cut outfit will do as long as its clean don't go wearing sweaters in hot weather or sleeveless in cold weather. it will turn the woman off because she will feel like you are trying to impress her at your expense and that looks ‘desperate’ and desperate men are a no-no!

3: what does your hair, nails, teeth and shoes look like? think about that before approaching a beautiful woman. its always easier to get a woman who pays no attention to herself but a woman who is consciously making herself attractive will easily detect that a man is dirty no matter how clean his clothes are.

4: manners if you want that beautiful woman learn manners, it shouldn't be about you always in fact let it be 80% her, 20% you. that's fair.

5: ‘'cut your cloak according to your size’’ what is a man doing chasing a woman he cant take care of if given the chance, yes we know love plays tricks on us sometimes. but seriously a guy wants to attract his boss! dreamer even she gets trapped you wouldn't be valued and that will surely trash your ego.

5: decorations that what i call those accessories men ‘matured men’ cloth themselves with. you wont get a woman that way it repels her, you would look like a teenager (that's if you’re not) wearing so many bracelets, wrist watches, neck chain, trouser chain are you going for a costume party? women love well dressed men with less decorations

most times we are faced with so much loneliness and a feeling of not been alive that we seek solace, attention and love from the opposite sex. both men and women seek each other for various reasons some of which they never find solutions in the partners they find. i am going to talk about why we seek each other, the feelings we have when we find someone and the most likely end of it all. this is a personal opinion and no offence meant to anyone please. and other opinions and arguments are welcome.
WHY MEN SEEK WOMEN ONLINE
one of the most popular reason men seek women online is to play dirty tricks. the anonymous nature of online dating creates room for lies, deception and impersonation. most men are not what they would love to be in reality, maybe in regards to wealth, power or security. so if they seek women who can see them it would be difficult to exercise power over such women because they are not worth it but online they can lie and deceive thereby gaining the respect and love they crave from an ignorant woman.(no offence meant)
the second reason is lack of confidence and self esteem to approach women physically so they do it online were they do not need to speak face to face. in such relationships some also seek women they would naturally not approach in reality and demand for things they would not dare ask for in person.
its like talking to a translucent glass, we see but we don't really see
WHY WOMEN SEEK MEN ONLINE
for women is mostly loneliness. women are attention seeking in nature and we always want to be loved, pampered and told nice things. if we can not get such from our partners we seek them online. as a fact all men you meet online are always nice. haven’t you ever wondered why?
secondly, desperation for life partners or intimate partners forces women to search for men online.at a certain age if a woman has no steady partner she starts getting desperate for marriage. while some women seek fantasies they cant bring themselves to ask their partners in real life.
WHEN THEY FIND EACH OTHER
when this two group meet, unusual things begin to happen. they lie about their age, job, location, marital status, children, education etc. they give each other what they seek without restrictions love, fun, attention, respect, intimacy etc. they build dream lives together to a stage they stop living their normal lives and dwell in fantasies that such relationships will last forever, it does last for long in some cases, you withdraw offline and live online.
THE END OF IT ALL
they wake up from the dream and realize the time they wasted on a farce and the relationships they lost while dreaming. 10% of such relationship leads to marriage, out of the 10, 5% divorce under a year, 3% endure abusive relationships, only 2% live happily ever after. is it worth the time we give it? what if you don't get so lucky, I'm not saying its wrong to date online i just want you all to know the risk involved. while you meet men and women online and make good long lasting friends as i have too do not overlook reality. ‘ the devil you know……….’ I'll
