Beautiful women are everywhere as much as there are no where, out of every 10 women, you have an equal percentage of finding or not finding beautiful women.

Today it is very important to be counted among the beautiful women, especially if you want to matter and one point of focus i will be using today is food. yes, Food!

What you eat can either increase or decrease your chances of being a beautiful woman.
first in our line of foods that makes beautiful women beautiful is WATER; taking a minimum of six glasses of water daily is the medical recommended dosage, but you don't just drink water, you drink clean and odorless water. make sure the water in your house is treated, boiled and filtered. water helps in hydration which reduces wrinkles, dryness and increases the clarity of your eyes.

next is to take a lot of fruits, beautiful women especially the rich ones are very diligent in fruit taking, and that is one of the reasons they look fresher and calmer. you do not have to be a rich woman to eats healthy fruits daily. spend some cents in buying fruits that are fresh and make sure you wash them before eating. it will helps you with essential vitamins and fiber for a better skin glow, making digestion easier.
to be a beautiful woman, you need to make your daily meals are quality based not quantity, it might not seem like the food makes any change but with consistency you will see a glowing difference, do not forget that overall attractiveness comes from a combination of a good internal system, skin, attitude and appearance.
