What Is Love Exactly?

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.” —I Corinthians 13:4-8a (NIV)

 This verse describes the characteristics of true love. These qualities can certainly be found in the person of Jesus Christ, and they can be found in all truly loving relationships. The problem with trying to “find” love in our dating lives, is that too often we don't look for these characteristics. Rather we look at physical appearance, popularity, or wealth. These are not the qualities that God looks at and neither should we.

But the LORD said to Samuel, “…The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.”
—I Samuel 16:7b (NIV)

Love is best seen as devotion and action, not an emotion. Love is not exclusively based on how we feel. Certainly our emotions are involved, but they cannot be our only criteria for love. True devotion will always lead to action—true love.

Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with ACTIONS and in truth.

Christ was devoted to us enough to give his own life for us (Romans 5:8), even when he didn't feel like it (Matthew 26:39).
Sex is not love! Our culture has taught us that sex and love are one in the same. This is a lie. Sex is a beautiful God-given activity that is wonderful when practiced within the boundaries of a Biblical marriage. Sex is the completion of the binding of two people within Biblical marriage; it is a God-given gift.
Because premarital sex is not love, it only leads to pain and disappointment for those who are seeking that love. The Bible says that when two people are married, they become one flesh (Ephesians 5:31). Sex is consummation of that union. When two people break off their relationship after having sex, it is like ripping apart flesh. This is why two teenagers will struggle so much and become so dependent on those they give their bodies to. In light of I Corinthians 13:4-8 (above), it is easy to see that premarital sex is not patient, it is not kind, it does not protect, it is self-seeking. It is not love!

We can only identify true love and know when we have found it, based on the Word of God. When we match our relationships up to what the Bible says that love is—and we are honestly prepared to make a life-long commitment to that person—then we can say that we are truly “in love.” The three keys to that statement are:
We have to…

1. …look at the Word of God
2. …be completely honest with ourselves
3. …understand the level of commitment that comes with true love

For The Families of the 3 unfortunate boys burnt to death in Aluu

It is with a heavy heart that i write this, i am appalled and speechless. the incident happened few days ago but i just heard of it today and i can't bring myself to put up the photos of the bodies been burnt alive here i just pray their soul rest in perfect peace.
for those who do not know about the incident: a few days ago 4 students of the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers state were brutally burnt to death alive after severe beaten that left them unconscious. one was said to be still conscious when he was set ablaze and from the pictures and video taken you can see him struggle till he dies.
the shameful part of it is that unlookers, indegenes, police, chiefs sat and watch the event unfold, no one triee to stop it, instead they took photos and videos till those 4 promising children of their parents died in the most painful manner imaginable.
their reason for killing the boys was that they stole phones are laptops, its not my place to say if they did it or not but nothing, i mean nothing, absolutely nothing should make you take another life in this manner.
if you are a mother who say her son's burnt body and watched the video of his murder how would you feel?
what if he's your brother? your boyfriend? my goodness!!!
MAY THEIR SOULS REST IN PEACE AND MAY GOD GRANT THEIR FAMILIES THE STRENGTH TO LIVE THROUGH IT.

Leggings: leggings can never replace trousers no matter how beautiful or fashionable they are, i see a lot of Nigerian women wearing leggings with a very short top! do not wear it as trousers, i.e leggings are meant to be worn with longer tops. my goodness you need to see the shape of their backside and front side in those pants its horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Flesh coloured pants: i totally hate and though some have argued with these. i believe and ‘it’ lady should not be caught dead wearing a pants, underwear or leggings that is coloured and designed like your skin. its terrible and embarrassing makes you look like a drawing!

Trainers: no i am not saying do not wear trainers, i am saying do not wear them to work, stroll, or visits. its meant for running alone people! do not be caught dead wearing a pair of trainers to anyway besides running.

Nose Picking: Never let even a house mouse catch you picking your nose! oh my gush its so humiliating when you have been unconsciously picking your nose and you turn around to find someone staring at you with a scowl orrggghhh. no way.

Top 10 must have in a lady’s bag

As a lady of Class, an attractive lady. a purse of hand bag is sort of compulsory. so if you get sweaty, soiled or need to prepare for an emergency meeting. you definitely need a bag.

sometimes your face does not look so good in the noon, especially if you have been under the sun. sweat, perspiration can wash away your makeup or melt it off, making you look like a wrestler! well for us black ladies its worse, for one the sun is deadly and then we walk a lot under it and engage in strenuous activities. for me, noon time is not the best time unless if someone is going to ride me around in a fully air conditioned car. hahaha

topping my list and most essential is:

a mobile phone: in case you get lost or need to contact someone at home. its very important.

a purse: which will essentially contain your debit and credit cards, including notes and cash you will be using.

hair Brush: if it happens to get windy, or you take a bus, cab or bike that left its windows open, your hair can really get messed up. a quick brush when you alight will help.

Tissue or face towel: Nigeria is really dusty and hot, if you are like me who is  not among the first class citizens, always carry a pack of tissue or towel to clean off dust deposits, sweat from the face or clothes before reapplying make up.

lip balm: some lip gloss are so fake they don't last 3 hours, if you have chapped or cracked lips, or you are prone to having them. take a lip balm with you to keep your delicate lips shielded from the rays, soft and smooth.

a pressed or loosed powder: to refresh your face at any time of the day.

Mirror: a small compact mirror can not be over emphasised, so i wont say much.

Lip Gloss

Deodorant

Mint to preserve your fresh breath

A notebook, bic/pen/biro

and any other extra you need.

I checked out some really beautiful women in the spotlight and decided to compile my list of the world’s 10 most beautiful women in the spotlight, my list ranges from movies to music, Africa, America and India. now here’s the deal, this list is personal and is arranged in the order of who has the most beautiful face not their personalities.
1 Aishwarya Rai: she is an Indian and American actress, married with a kid and for me, she tops the list. she is just so pretty and I am very particular about her beautiful eyes.

2 Jessica Alba: she is an American actress, I fell for her face in the dance movie titled ‘Honey’ and also the TV series ‘Dark Angel’ she is also married with kids.

3 Rihanna is a Barbados born American Singer and Actress, though I'm not a big fan of some of her lyrics, I did enjoy some of her old music and appreciate her really beautiful face.

4 Nicole Scherzinger: an American singer and lead vocalist of the Pussy Cat Dolls girl band, has a pretty face and body too.

5 Madonna: Actress and singer over 50 years of age and still looking so beautiful, she is a legend in music and rolls with the likes of Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie.

6 Hillary Duff A Disney child star all grown, I have watched so much of her movies and music, but pardon because I can’t seem to remember any names now. but she definitely is among the beautiful women.
 
7 Penelope Cruz: American actress, married and has starred in zillions of films from action to family, her bold eyes definitely pushes out her small face, putting her on the list of beautiful women in the spotlight.

8 Genevieve Nnaji: Nigerian Actress, singer and model, she is a single mother of one, rose to stardom in my early years as a child, over 30 and still brightly beautiful as ever, with her little face.

Today it is very important to be counted among the beautiful women, especially if you want to matter and one point of focus i will be using today is food. yes, Food!

What you eat can either increase or decrease your chances of being a beautiful woman.
first in our line of foods that makes beautiful women beautiful is WATER; taking a minimum of six glasses of water daily is the medical recommended dosage, but you don't just drink water, you drink clean and odorless water. make sure the water in your house is treated, boiled and filtered. water helps in hydration which reduces wrinkles, dryness and increases the clarity of your eyes.

next is to take a lot of fruits, beautiful women especially the rich ones are very diligent in fruit taking, and that is one of the reasons they look fresher and calmer. you do not have to be a rich woman to eats healthy fruits daily. spend some cents in buying fruits that are fresh and make sure you wash them before eating. it will helps you with essential vitamins and fiber for a better skin glow, making digestion easier.
to be a beautiful woman, you need to make your daily meals are quality based not quantity, it might not seem like the food makes any change but with consistency you will see a glowing difference, do not forget that overall attractiveness comes from a combination of a good internal system, skin, attitude and appearance.

how to be attractive in pregnancy

pregnancy is one of the most beautiful and fulfilling stage of every woman’s life whether married or un married but also very tasking. in this stage as a woman your body shape begins to change which is not always so very nice to you. you put on weight, get bigger and weaker as an actress once put it “i feel like a host” yes being pregnant makes you a host but not to a parasite but a little pure bundle of joy!

as a woman when you understand and appreciate the joy of being a mother and when you think of the beauty you would hold in your hands at the end of 9 months it becomes worth it! though i do not have a child yet, so it might seem surprising how i understand all this, the answer is, i have a very good imaginative mind!

at the first tri-mister its mostly fun because you and your partner are so excited to have a baby or another baby, so you both handle the vomiting and morning sickness with excitement.

getting to the second tri-mister if you are the type that likes been in control of her body you will start getting frustrated with clothes not fitting and swollen legs and feet, some eat excess while others less. from talks with friends of mine who have crossed that bridge i have come to realize that no matter how excited you are to have a baby there a re times when you just cant take it anymore.below I'll try to list some inconveniences that comes before the joy:

bigger clothes

no more rolling around the bed

food selection and high consumption

mid night cravings, i saw a lady who craved Ben's chocolate 11pm every night!

your face just doesn't look right anymore

you will less attractive to yourself and partner

difficulty to take a good bath standing

these are just a few i could get and I'm sure there are so much more varying from woman to woman

now the essence of this post is how can i be attractive during pregnancy especially when its obvious and bigger.

firstly i would say its a thing of the mind! yes the mind, some women complain ‘I'm so ugly!’ others say I'm like a buffalo’ if think like a buffalo of course you would look like one but if you think like a princess carrying a precious one you will look it trust me.

so the first step in feeling attractive during pregnancy is getting your mind straightened out! appreciate your baby, understand you look that way for a short while so that little cute one will have a chance in this world.

get beautiful colorful maternity wears, don't squeeze yourself in old clothes you will just look terrible, simple short free dresses, dress well to suit your present size.

keep your hair short and clean, i learnt pregnancy makes you allergic to the slightest sense of heat, so get a short hair style the allows ventilation so you don't need to scratch and scratch.

get maternity bras that will fit your pregnancy breast sizes, when you try to squeeze them into old bras, no matter the cloth you wear you breast will look really bad and unattractive.

eat well, whatever you crave or hunger for please take it, when you cravings aren't satisfied you become restless and unsettled.

sleep in well ventilated rooms and take lots of rest. so whenever you are up, you will feel alive and good to go.

engage in exercises daily to sharpen your strength and stamina

NOW MEN!

did you think i would skip them? of course they also have a part to play in making a woman look and feel attractive during pregnancy so if he’s close by let him have a read!

husbands/boyfriends compliment her especially when she really looks good to boost her confidence

well, a good friend wanted to know how men can be attractive to women and since its related to women we are going to talk about it today.

we hear a lot of ‘beautiful women, attractive women’ and so on and on one end women want to know how to be attractive to men which has been earlier posted so lets face it.

how can a man be attractive to women has been turned to what attracts women to men! women can fancy a lot of things from voice, dress style, attitude to aura but specifically all women looove good looking men.

tall, muscular and hairy no matter how preservative a woman is, she will fall under one of the above. she may like the tall ones, the dark ones, the hairy ones or the funny ones.

5: ‘'cut your cloak according to your size’’ what is a man doing chasing a woman he cant take care of if given the chance, yes we know love plays tricks on us sometimes. but seriously a guy wants to attract his boss! dreamer even she gets trapped you wouldn't be valued and that will surely trash your ego.

5: decorations that what i call those accessories men ‘matured men’ cloth themselves with. you wont get a woman that way it repels her, you would look like a teenager (that's if you’re not) wearing so many bracelets, wrist watches, neck chain, trouser chain are you going for a costume party? women love well dressed men with less decorations

most times we are faced with so much loneliness and a feeling of not been alive that we seek solace, attention and love from the opposite sex. both men and women seek each other for various reasons some of which they never find solutions in the partners they find. i am going to talk about why we seek each other, the feelings we have when we find someone and the most likely end of it all. this is a personal opinion and no offence meant to anyone please. and other opinions and arguments are welcome.
WHY MEN SEEK WOMEN ONLINE
one of the most popular reason men seek women online is to play dirty tricks. the anonymous nature of online dating creates room for lies, deception and impersonation. most men are not what they would love to be in reality, maybe in regards to wealth, power or security. so if they seek women who can see them it would be difficult to exercise power over such women because they are not worth it but online they can lie and deceive thereby gaining the respect and love they crave from an ignorant woman.(no offence meant)
the second reason is lack of confidence and self esteem to approach women physically so they do it online were they do not need to speak face to face. in such relationships some also seek women they would naturally not approach in reality and demand for things they would not dare ask for in person.
its like talking to a translucent glass, we see but we don't really see
WHY WOMEN SEEK MEN ONLINE
for women is mostly loneliness. women are attention seeking in nature and we always want to be loved, pampered and told nice things. if we can not get such from our partners we seek them online. as a fact all men you meet online are always nice. haven’t you ever wondered why?
secondly, desperation for life partners or intimate partners forces women to search for men online.at a certain age if a woman has no steady partner she starts getting desperate for marriage. while some women seek fantasies they cant bring themselves to ask their partners in real life.
WHEN THEY FIND EACH OTHER
when this two group meet, unusual things begin to happen. they lie about their age, job, location, marital status, children, education etc. they give each other what they seek without restrictions love, fun, attention, respect, intimacy etc. they build dream lives together to a stage they stop living their normal lives and dwell in fantasies that such relationships will last forever, it does last for long in some cases, you withdraw offline and live online.
THE END OF IT ALL
they wake up from the dream and realize the time they wasted on a farce and the relationships they lost while dreaming. 10% of such relationship leads to marriage, out of the 10, 5% divorce under a year, 3% endure abusive relationships, only 2% live happily ever after. is it worth the time we give it? what if you don't get so lucky, I'm not saying its wrong to date online i just want you all to know the risk involved. while you meet men and women online and make good long lasting friends as i have too do not overlook reality. ‘ the devil you know……….’ I'll

How do i know my skin type

your skin is generally classified into one of four categories:
-normal
-oily
-dry
 However, your skin type can change as you age, and other factors like genetics and even illness can play a part
Normal skin:
which has a good balance of moisture, small pores and an even tone, is the goal of most skin care regimens. Most people have normal skin, but to maintain its good condition, it’s important to minimize its exposure to the sun using good sunscreens.
Put it by your toothpaste and use it, It doesn’t matter if it is snowing or raining get in that habit so you always have it on. Incidental sun exposure is what gets you.
Skin Care: Quieting Oily Skin
Oily skin is identified by an excess of oil (the technical term is sebum) on the face. Some people with oily skin begin to feel greasy only a few hours after washing. A very oily person would feel the need to wash their face between noon and 5 p.m., because oil has built up during the day, Oily skin can be an inherited trait, but it can also be caused by puberty, which causes oil glands to go into overdrive. You may also notice more oil on your “T-zone” because of all the oil glands in the forehead, nose, and chin.
People with oily skin generally don’t need a regular moisturizers but sunscreen is still necessary to reduce exposure to UV rays. Choose an oil-free sunscreen, one that’s specifically formulated for the face and are less likely to create blackheads and clog pores. There are plenty of oil-free sunscreens available, says. Go to the drugstore, read labels, and try samples of different ones. There’s no excuse not to use sunscreen anymore.
Skin Care: Soothing Dry Skin
Dry skin, on the other hand, suffers from a lack of natural moisture — there’s little oil to act as a surface barrier and lock in moisture. People with dry skin feel a tightness about their face, and their skin is often irritated. Flaking is another symptom, but it’s not always a sure sign of dry skin. You can have flaky skin and not be dry.
Naturally-occurring menopause can have the same effect; most women begin to experience drier skin as they hit their late forties. To care for dry skin, use a gentle, soap-free cleanser, and moisturize adequately. A second application of moisturizer may be needed during the day.
Skin Care: Balancing Combination Skin
Combination skin is a blend of both oily and dry skin. People with combination skin usually find that their oily skin is concentrated in the T-zone, while their cheeks remain dry. Combination skin can be influenced by genetics and, again, by puberty, when oil glands increase their production of sebum. Sometimes a variety of products are needed to treat combination skin. “You may have to treat different parts of the face slightly differently. For example, a mild cleanser and moisturizer may be needed on the cheeks, while an anti-acne product with benzoyl peroxide might be necessary on the T-zone.

Confidence is developed in the mind its all a mind game. It is a belief that you can rely on yourself, your personality, your skills, your knowledge, the truth you know, and your theories. It is all about being 100% sure of yourself. Being confident shows up in the personality, in the way you communicate, while doing work, and more.
A confident person is a high-quality person who is able to make others trust him or her. But the reverse of this is being over confident which counters the expected results amongst your relationships. So, if you want to be successful, you must be confident.
to develop confidence you should consider the following steps

1. Dress smart. When you dress smart and right, you feel good and attractive.wear appropriate and clean clothes, and carry yourself well.
2. Maintain a good posture. Don’t let your shoulders droop, your head drop or your back hunch. A good posture conveys “energy” and enhances your confidence levels.
3. Read a motivating story every morning and whenever you are down. You can store a library of such stories on your phone or computer
4. Express gratitude for everything life has given you. If you learn to be content with what you have achieved and what is coming at you, you will eliminate all negative thoughts.
5. Exercise. When you work out, your physical appearance improves. You start looking well-toned and other folks start admiring you. Exercising regularly also eliminates fatigue and fills your body with a burst of energy that keeps you going for the whole day.
6. Always focus on your goals. People simply “unlearn” how to be confident by following stray thoughts and crazy ideas. Follow your personal and business goals and don’t lose sight until you achieve them. You will start feeling proud of your achievements when you realize goals and that will spur you on to handle more complex tasks.
7. Don’t keep to yourself and don’t be afraid. Speak up in a meeting. No human is perfect and it’s okay if you make mistakes. Speaking up and being heard can boost your confidence levels tremendously.
8. Don’t focus on the self. Focus on how you are changing the things around you – at home and in office. Thinking and focusing on your contributions will help you make things better and when you make things better, people will look up to you and that will make you confident and help you stop taking things personally.
9. Thank others, be objective in your assessment, and accept compliments graciously. Stay away from idle gossip, and don’t insult people. When I was young, I often obsessed about what I looked like. Perhaps this happens to everyone, more-or-less. It is common to be a bit dissatisfied with parts of our body, our appearance, and our level of attractiveness. This dissatisfaction and concern especially comes out when we think about dating and becoming passionate with a partner.
As I studied attraction further, however, I came to understand that physical appearance was not the only aspect of ourselves that was attractive. Eventually, I also discovered that those "unchangeable" parts of our looks were not driving attraction anyway! The little things under your control are the most attractive characteristics of all.

who is an attractive woman lady or girl?

i have decided to talk about these because there lots of misconception over attractiveness which is the main theme of these blog

some say sexy ; others say good body figure: light skin and so on

we determine how attractive someone is by their face,figure,color,height.if you ask a lady “describe an attractive woman” she would tell you tall,shapely and a long face and i wonder who gave us that definition!

now if you ask me what it means to be attractive i would say

good hair,good fitted clothes,great shoes and a confident smile! so you will see that from my point of view. anyone can be attractive if we do the right thing the right way.

i remember when i was younger i used to be very thin ;i still am but more fleshy now.when i wanted to make my hair we would looked at the magazine and i would see so many beautiful hairstyle but i couldn't do them for two reasons

• those style required more extensions
• there were very ‘big’

now i had a problem, in fact i still have a problem with hair styles that require 2-3 packs of hair extensions.just imagine me a thin girl with a very big head,how beautiful can she be?

i didn't want a head that was bigger than my body. well, that’s a personal opinion.

but when you wear those really full and ‘big’ weaves please bear in mind that,people would sit behind you and they need to see the pulpit too.

in general if you want to be attractive everywhere you go:

• wear simple beautiful clothes,there is beauty in simplicity.lets say you are going for a birthday party you don't need to wear all the balloons on you! a simple top and a good jean or skirt,a nice hair that's neat and suits your face,a beautiful single colored shoe,a little chain bracelet,your fancy wristwatch,a casual makeup (not rainbow please). yes there are times when you might go rainbow but that's if you are going for a crazy carnival,otherwise PRACTICE SIMPLICITY
• Make-up. play with colors but use them lightly beautiful.sometimes we want our eye shadows to match our outfit,which isn't necessary but if you like it use it moderately.i personally wont call a lady wearing a a red dress and a her eyes filled with red as well as her lips attractive,no.

how to maintain your natural hair

the hair is one of the most vital part of a complete and attractive woman, if you ignore your hair then you will just be existing as a woman not as an attractive woman.
it is very common for Nigerian women especially housewives to neglect their hair, i say this because i can testify to some irritating hair under the extensions. sometimes we feel because we mostly use attached wig, its a waste to pay so much attention to the natural hair. which is very bad. why?
the public might not see your natural(which they really don't care to)
but your husband/boyfriend  sees it, he has to deal with the smell that oozes out
your stylist sees it and she/he has to deal with touching and weaving a hair that looks like “cobweb” don't mind my language but its the truth. i personally can not touch such hair.
and these two people are very important to you, it doesn't matter what the world thinks but it matters what your husband and stylist think! please ladies.
lets get to the main deal how will you have a shining strength filled hair/maintain your already great hair.

• find out your hair type from your stylist. there are numerous hair types and all requires its own care.
• use good hair products that suit your hair types.DOESN’T HAVE TO BE EXPENSIVE. most women and girls want to try it all.. please and please don't try every product in the market!. stick to your brand unless you have an issue with the current brand,which if you do consult a hair specialist so you make a good choice.
• don't over brush…once your hair is straighten out its okay! don't brush and brush and brush. it does not help your get smoother like most people believe.
• for those of us who use (relaxers). stick to a kind that suits your hair,don't relax it too often unless if your hair is very tough.which in that case i will advise monthly relaxing.i have a very very tough hair so i relax often and use hair softeners.
• i am totally against hair stretching, using such intense heat on your hair is ‘wickedness’. i see my hair as a baby that needs care and attention, but i don't give it so much attention that is gets bad!
• brush your hair before bed.
• use quality hair fruits to wash regularly.
• avoid as much as possible, hair styles that are clustered or sealed so air is prevented from coming in, like i said your hair is a baby it will suffocate if you derive it of air.
• if your have to use a hair extension for more than a month, please let it be removable, like a wig.
• if you have full and tough hair like mine, use designated hair combs.
• yes, if a relaxer says 30 minutes for relaxed time please don't exceed the time, if your hair doesn't get relaxed  in that stipulated time, then my dear, get another relaxer that’s for your hair type.
• eat a diet that prevent hair loss. fatty acids,fish and milk.
• even if your hair isn't so good, don't let everyone know just look good.
• know your shampoo ingredients.
• after washing do not rub your hair or comb, let it dry first.
• use a detangler suitable for your hair type,use good hair creams and oil.

if you do all these, trust me you will get a shiny hair with strength. we Nigerians are blessed with our own kind of hair.lets make it beautiful and super attractive because your hair is on your face, and your face is the first impression people get when they look at you.if you have questions comments suggestions feel free as a bird to drop it and I'll be sure to check it out.

how to get rid of dark spots naturally

in your quest to become an attractive woman dark spots are terrible hindered, dark spots are those little darker places in your skin, there stand out more if you are light complexion, now you will see so many creams,lotion, blogs, websites that sat they have the cure.
but as an experienced fashionista i would say STAY AWAY FROM CHEMICALS, i do have some very little ones on my face caused by ‘mr pimples’ i didn't clear them so far with chemicals, i used simple home methods, it would take longer to clear off but it will preserve your skin and complexion which is very important if you want to be attractive. while you are treating them naturally use foundation powders or creams that hide black spots. its SIMPLE!

• follow this steps:

if you do experience yellow or white discharge that’s special just contact me because i cant go into that now but for the normal black spots that form after an injury you can handle them this ways
always use mild soap on your face like dettol or lux or dudu osun, even if you want to whiten your skin.let your cream be the whitener, PLEASE let your soap be mild not medicated except you are treating something else
use cosmetics that suit your skin type
do not try every facial cleanser or scrub you hear about,you face is delicate so preserve it
use the white part of raw egg, apply to the face, leave for 5 min and rinse with warm water. do this daily
watch your face every night before going to bed, no matter how cold you are, use warm water. after a harsh weather, like dust,rain wash your face
select your facial cosmetics carefully (very important)
do not pinch your acne/pimples

How should a LADY shop for clothes

As an attracvtive lady of style and class you don't shop like everyone else. so today I'm telling how to shop right, get the best prices,colors,shapes, designs etc
but i really cannot give you every detail because its sort off difficult to explain in writing.I'm going to use me and my sis as case study
“i want to go shopping to change my wardrobe and i asked faith to come along”
first lesson:don't go shopping alone,two heads are better than one
“i want to start with skirts and i and faith pick out three great boutiques in town, we picked a date”
second lesson:do not go to any shop, pick out before going, if you have no idea where is the best.i can help you with directories, don't get scared the information will be for free.
“when we got to the first shop, we went straight to the skirt section, and picked all the ones we like which was 18 pieces and i only wanted ten.out of the 18, we picked out the best from the 18 which made it reduce to 13, we picked out the best again and it reduced to 10,BINGO! i have successfully picked out ten best skirts from that shop!”
third lesson:if its skirt you wish to buy don't look at tops, go straight to skirts *i know that's difficult but discipline yourself* even if you want just two feel free pick out ten! and countdown like i did in the case study
“before we paid we check the quality of each skirt, texture,coloring,sewing line etc so we wont buy bad materials we weighed the prices with the skirts and since there were all worth it we paid.”
fourth lesson;check and check things before you pay let your friend help you.

Nine ways to take care of your nails

Our nails is a very important part of our general appearance but just like our hair most people tend to think that because we can have it covered its pointless getting yourself worked out over it.
i say pamper your nails,you are admired more when your natural nails is clean and neat than when your artificial nails is clean and neat. why because everyone knows how difficult it is to take care of the natural nails and make it beautiful. as an African I'll list some challenges i encounter with my n.nails and i wouldn't know if it also applies to other races.there are

• breaking: even when you file and trim them there keep breaking and looking distorted
• inability of the applied nail paint to stay for a long time,it peels off in days.
• dirt keeps getting in making it brownish especially if you live in dusty environment or cities
• it doesn't grow beyond a certain extent cos it breaks

above are the most common problems we have with our nails,but still you can not ignore them, you must take care of them so people don't reject food from you or dread shaking hands with you
you can take care of the above issues in nine ways which are:

• always wash your hands frequently after doing anything even writing it keeps them softer and whiter
• use dis solvers to remove nail polish do not use blade,it kills the strength of your nails and that makes them break.
• when trimming them do it in a preferably in a u-shape
• never chew your nails
• don't expose them to heat especially when cooking use a glove
• soak them in lemon at least twice a week its a nail treatment
• use hand lotions, like DOVE products
• then polish them with natural colors except in special occasions
• be always conscious of them and love them too,
